Return Eligibility Window
- Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
- After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
- Only unopened bottles in their original condition will be accepted for return.
- Opened, used, or tampered bottles are not eligible for return or refund due to health and hygiene standards.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used bottles
- Products purchased as part of promotional or clearance sales
- Health and personal care items once unsealed
- Gift cards or downloadable content
Exchange Policy
- We offer exchanges only in cases where the product is damaged in transit or defective upon arrival.
- To be eligible, report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Exchanges must also be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Any discounts or offers applied during the purchase will be deducted from the refunded amount.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@promancapsules.in with your Order ID, reason for return, and a photo of the item.
- If your return is approved, we will send you the return address and further instructions.
You must include:
- A copy of your invoice or order confirmation
- The item in secure, original packaging
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance to ensure your return reaches us.
- We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
- Check your bank or card account again.
- Contact your payment provider—some banks take time to officially post refunds.
