Refund and Return Policy

At Proman Capsules, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure every customer receives a product that matches their expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility Window

  • Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
  • Only unopened bottles in their original condition will be accepted for return.
  • Opened, used, or tampered bottles are not eligible for return or refund due to health and hygiene standards.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used bottles
  • Products purchased as part of promotional or clearance sales
  • Health and personal care items once unsealed
  • Gift cards or downloadable content

Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges only in cases where the product is damaged in transit or defective upon arrival.
  • To be eligible, report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Exchanges must also be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Any discounts or offers applied during the purchase will be deducted from the refunded amount.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@promancapsules.in with your Order ID, reason for return, and a photo of the item.
  2. If your return is approved, we will send you the return address and further instructions.

You must include:

  • A copy of your invoice or order confirmation
  • The item in secure, original packaging

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance to ensure your return reaches us.
  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank or card account again.
  2. Contact your payment provider—some banks take time to officially post refunds.
  3. If it still hasn’t appeared, please reach out to our team at support@promancapsules.in.
